- Who do you blame when life goes awry?
You can live with the fear of death or the death of fear. You choose!
Michael Sealy is someone who has awoken to the two fallacies of life and is now on a mission to help liberate 1 million frightened souls from the fear of death, so that they may truly live with the death of fear and inspire, impact, and uplift the world.
Michael Sealy, like many of those listening today, has lived the majority of his life with too much there and not enough here, always chasing the completion of the next goal in the hopes that happiness, fulfillment, and purpose will finally be granted.
This drive has led to many accomplishments, all of which undoubtedly have succumbed to the Law of Impermanence, leaving an emptiness that seems to be all but eternal. Frustrated with life, and impatient to reach this day of fulfillment.
Michael Sealy found himself drowning in workplace frustration, with a need to escape, wrapped in the promises of a future day. Michael Sealy has paid a high price for much of life to which he has been an unattended participant, blinded by past regrets and future concerns.
Having turned his workplace frustration around with the Three R’s, a story of personal transformation, Michael Sealy is now on a mission to not simply exist but live and abundant life. This call has meant embracing the one true primal fear we all have, the fear of death, and using this acceptance to help liberate himself and others to PLAY the game of LIFE with the universe!

The book chronicles my escape from a prison of workplace frustration and dissatisfaction with life. Yes, like many I had made a decision to become an entrepreneur, and I was busily executing on this track, lying to myself that it was OK to just exists for a bit longer. How wrong and erroneous was my logic? Well, it was the reason why I had found myself in a place of anger, resentment, and apathy. Little did I know that two events would shift my outlook and set me on a transformative path from frustration to joy.
This self-paced free online course mirrors the teachings of the Three R’s with supplemental videos, action guides, and access to a private Facebook group for support.
Jim Carey put it best when he said that nothing you do will add to you, and nothing you do will take away from you. When one realizes that you are already complete, then all that is left to do in life is to play. Naturally, I was curious what does it mean to play life? After all, we know how to play games such as basketball and chess. But how does one play life? I took inventory of my journey and laid out a manifesto based on four fundamental principles.
Are you living with too much there and not enough here? This is a question that Eckhart Tolle challenges readers of the Power of Now. Once again my curiosity got the best of me and during a drive home from Toastmasters one night I started to visualize how would an answer to this question look. How could a person be helped to take daily inventory of their journey towards more presence? Little did I know that an idea was taking shape, one that now finds me diligently at work crafting an app to help folks answer this question in full immersion.
